THE WEST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (Edinburgh Road at Lindsay Gardens, Bathgate) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025 - TTO/TM.539.2026/2026
