Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications within a conservation area or affecting a listed building: 

9 Little Baddow Road Danbury Change of use from Class F1 to Class E Ref No. 26/01178/FUL

53 New Street Chelmsford Internal alteration, convert Post Room into office. Ref No. 26/01261/LBC

Vita Bella The Tye East Hanningfield Retrospective application for single storey extension. Ref No. 26/01183/FUL & 26/01184/LBC

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE by 23rd October 2026.
