BINGHAM FOOTPATH NO. 15 PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026

The above Order was made on the 24 September 2026. The effect of the Order will be to divert the section of Bingham Footpath No. 15 commencing from a point, SK 7070 3956, at the junction with the remainder of Bingham Footpath No. 15 and proceeding for a distance of approximately 500 metres in an easterly, southerly, westerly, southerly, westerly, direction to a point, SK7048 3932 at the junction with the remainder of Bingham Footpath No. 15 and having a width of 3 metres throughout its length on a tarmac and then a limestone surface with steps at SK 7073 3949, SK7070 3942 and SK 7048 3932 as shown by bold black dashes on the Order map.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Rushcliffe Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford Nottingham, NG2 7YG during normal office hours. A copy of the order and the order map are published https://www.rushcliffe.gov.uk/. Copies of the order may be obtained at a reasonable charge.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing to the Borough Solicitor at the address below not later than 30 October 2026. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Rushcliffe Borough Council may itself confirm the order (without modifications) as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
