PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26F/2642 -The Lime Kiln, Concert Street (1) Applicant Miss Emma Fallon, J D Wetherspoon Plc. Planning application to vary condition 10 attached to planning reference 00F/0186 (To develop site by the erection of a bar/restaurant at ground floor level, with 32 residential units on first to fourth floors) so as to allow for later opening on Thursdays, 31st October (Halloween), 17th March (St Patricks Day) and days prior to a Bank Holiday by an additional 90 minutes.

26H/2527 & 26L/2661 - 202, Bereys Buildings, 33 George Street (3) Applicant Stephen Lansdown. To carry out fenestration alterations to 5 no. windows to rear.
26L/2645 - Ninth Floor, Royal Liver Building, Georges Pier Head (3) Applicant Chloe Source, Real Estate Services. To carry out internal redecoration works.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 22nd October 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
