(TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024) (VARIATION) (No. 1) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 84 (1) and (2), 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce a 20mph Speed Limit restriction on a length of STONELEIGH ROAD, BRAGG ROAD, THE BROADWAY, THORNBURY ROAD, CANTERBURY ROAD, EARLSBURY GARDENS, BAYSWATER ROAD, WINCHESTER ROAD, NORMANDY ROAD, MELROSE ROAD, COOMBE ROAD and DAVEY ROAD.
2. To vary waiting and loading restrictions on lengths of MOSELEY ROAD and ALCESTER ROAD.
These Orders will come into operation on 2nd October 2026.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders or of any of the provisions contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may within 6 weeks from the 1st October 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
