What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984- Section (14.1)

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

Tewkesbury Terrace N11
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date: "Between 22:00 - 05:00hrs on 9 October 2026 for 2 nights or until works are completed."
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Suspend parking on this road, from a point between Nos. 77 and 85, on both sides of the road.

Rosemary Avenue, Kingsmead Avenue, Elstree Gardens N9
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times: "12 October 2026 at any time, for 6 weeks or until works are completed."
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Suspend parking in these roads, on a phased basis, for the entire length of each road, on both sides of the road.

Wakefield Street, Leeds Street, College Gardens N18
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Dates And Times: "12 October 2026 at any time, for 8 weeks or until works are completed."
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Suspend parking in these roads, on a phased basis, for the entire length of each road, on both sides of the road.

Middleham Road, Middleham Gardens, Wensley Road N18
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Dates And Times: "12 October 2026 at any time, for 16 weeks or until works are completed."
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Suspend parking in these roads, on a phased basis, for the entire length of each road, on both sides of the road.

Wauthier Close N13
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times: "12 October 2026 for 10 days or until works are completed."
The Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Close the road entering or proceeding on Wauthier Close N13, at its junction with Chimes Avenue for approximately 20m.

Powys Lane, Bowes Road N11
Reason For 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Dates And Times: "12 October 2026 between 22:00 - 06:00hrs on a phased basis, for 14 nights or until works are completed."
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Powys Lane
-Close this road, northbound only, from its junction with Bowes Road (A406) to a point opposite No. 165 Powys Lane; and
Bowes Road N11
- No left turn from Bowes Road (A406) into Powys Lane; and
- No right turn from Bowes Road (A406) into Powys Lane.
