The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice.
The effect which will be operative from 9th October 2026 and will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath Horwich 094 commencing from point A at grid reference SD 64821 11132 in a generally east by north direction to point B at grid reference SD 64870 11141; as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1Hor094 over a total distance of approximately 53 metres.
An alternative route will be made available. Details of the route will be published on site.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works for new road access into site and will continue for a period of 6 months or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
