Ref no: PL/2026/0001496/FUL Address: Newfield Lodge, Kingfield Road Proposal: Change of use of Newfield Lodge from residential use (Use Class C3) to educational use (Use Class F1(a)) for small scale one-to-one tutoring Reason: The proposal may affect the character or appearance of a conservation area

Ref no: PL/2026/0001508/FULM Address: Park Lodge Rest Home, 40 Westminster Road Proposal: Conversion and extension (3 storey side and rear) of existing large HMO and erection of a 4-storey new build to the rear to create a total of 26no. self-contained residential apartments as part of a supported living scheme Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development
