Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim cynt na 7 diwrnod ar ôl 30 Medi 2026, sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio Roe Parc, Llanelwy yn Sir Ddinbych, sy’n ymestyn i gyfeiriad y gogledd o rif 44 am bellter o tua 50 metr.
Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn caniatáu i Network Plus ymgymryd â gwaith trydanol ar ran Scottish Power.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.
Bydd llwybr arall ar gael ar hyd Roe Parc. Mae’r Gorchymyn yn weithredol o 19 Hydref 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu lai, hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith, pa un bynnag fydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 23 Hydref 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 30 September 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using Roe Parc St. Asaph in the County of Denbigh which extends northward from no. 44 for a distance of approximately 50 metres.
The closure is necessary to facilitate electrical works by Networks Plus on behalf of Scottish Power.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The alternative route will be via Roe Parc. The Order is effective from 19 October 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 23 October 2026.
