WHEN: 18 October to 19 October 2026 (22:00
to 05:00).
WHERE: Unnamed Road from A515 to District
Boundary at Hindlow, Earl Sterndale at railway bridge.
REASON: To facilitate railway bridge inspection.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B5053, B5054, A515,
B5053 and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
