The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Kersemill, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking - No 2) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 25-9-26.

This Order will suspend the parking on: Kersemill Approximately 60 metres south-east of its junction with Springkerse Road in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 105 metres or thereby from 12-10-26 until 23-10-06 to facilitate excavation works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Sinclair Street, Dunblane) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 25-9-26.

This Order will close: Sinclair Street For its entire length.

This Order will also suspend the parking: Sinclair Street On the south-west side of the road from its junction with Kirk Street in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 30 metres or thereby from 0930 hours until 1530 hours on 19-10-26 to facilitate public utility works.

This Order will close and suspend the parking on: Graham Street For its entire length from 5-10-26 until 13-11-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works.

This Order will suspend the parking on: Keir Street From a point 40 metres or thereby south-east of its junction with Mayne Avenue in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 600 metres or thereby from 5-10-26 until 27-12-26 to facilitate footway works and the installation of raised tables.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Murray Place, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Loading Bay - Extension) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 25-9-26.

This Order will: Temporarily suspend the loading bay, except for the skip associated 
with the shopfitting works at Specsavers: Murray Place The most south-westerly section of the loading bay located on the east kerbline outside No’s 32 - 42 Murray Place in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 6 metres or thereby from 24-10-26 until 30-11-26 to facilitate the siting of a skip.

This Order will close: Cornton Road From its junction with Strathmore Drive to its junction with Easter Cornton Road, and; Strathmore Drive From its junction with Lomond Crescent to its junction with Achray Drive / Westhaugh Roundabout from 0800 hours until 1700 hours from 19-10-26 until 30-10-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works.

Access for emergency services will be maintained.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Keir Street, Bridge of Allan) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 25-9-26.

This Order will: Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on New Line Road, Stirling to prevent indiscriminate parking on the grounds of road safety.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Albert Place/Dumbarton Road, Stirling) (Waiting Restrictions) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended on 25-9-26.

This Order will amend the existing waiting restrictions: Albert Place - Waiting on this section of road is currently restricted to Pay and Display parking up to 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 2 hours respectively, due to difficulties in coaches accessing the current coach bay in Dumbarton Road it is proposed to relocate it to this section of road.

Dumbarton Road - Waiting on this section of road is currently restricted to Coaches only. Due to difficulties in using the area for coaches and the impact on road safety this presents, it is proposed to change this to pay and display parking Subject to a charge of £1.00, £3.50 and £5.00 for up to 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 2 hours respectively.

This Order will: Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on Milton, Whins of Milton, Stirling to prevent indiscriminate parking on the grounds of road safety.
