Order made: To close that part of B4090 Droitwich Rd from its junction with C2038 High St to its junction with U30009 Berrowhill Ln.
Reason: Manhole cover replacement by STW.
Alternative route: B4090 Droitwich Rd (part), B4090 Hanbury Rd, B4090 Salt Way, B4090 Worcester Rd, A38 Droitwich Rd, A4538 Pershore Ln, A4538 Warndon Interchange, A4538 Pershore Ln, A422 Alcester Rd, A422 Worcester Rd, A441 Evesham Rd, A441 The Ridgeway, B4090 Salt Way, B4090 The Saltway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.
Commencing: 4 October 2026.
(A441 Evesham Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Proposed Order: To close that part of A441 Evesham Rd from its junction with B4092 Sambourne Ln to its junction with B4092 Edgioake Ln.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Alternative route: A441 Evesham Rd, A448 The Slough into Warwickshire, A441 Evesham Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.
Commencing: 26 October 2026.

Order made: To close that part of C2137 Birchfield Rd from its junction with U30323 Birchfield Rd to its junction with U30100 Evesham Rd.
Reason: Pole installation by Openreach.
Alternative route: C2137 Headless Cross Dr, C2101 Coldfield Dr, C2101 Lodge Park Roundabout, C2101 Alvechurch Highway, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A448 Bromsgrove Highway, B4504 Bromsgrove Highway, B4504 Windmill Dr, C2137 Middle Piece Dr, C2137 Birchfield Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2026 [Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Sandhurst Close, Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Redditch:
Sandhurst Close (West Side): from a point 177 metres from the junction with Tanhouse Lane for a distance of 6 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

(Link Footpath F30216 Woodcote Close, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 5 September 2024 the effect of which is to close that part of Link Footpath F30216 Woodcote Close (via underpass) from its junction with U32432 Winyates Centre to its junction with Link Footpath F30218 Woolhope Close (side electric Sub Station) which was due to expire on 23 September 2026 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 23 March 2027 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made due to new development works by Green Square Accord
Alternative route: Link Footpath F30218 Woolhope Close (side electric Sub Station), Link Footpath F30212 Treville Close (rear nos. 46-39), Link Footpath F30212 Woolhope Close (fronting nos. 56), U32432 Winyates Centre and vice versa.
