26/42716/OUT - The Stable Land Adjacent Yarnfield Lane Yarnfield - Outline Application (access only) - Construction of 22 dwellings.

The proposed development(s) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated.

The proposed developments are classed as major developments and accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area.

26/42592/FUL - Play Area Rowley Park Sports Ground Averill Road - Replacement play area and associated works.

26/42592/FUL - Play Area Rowley Park Sports Ground Averill Road - Replacement play area and associated works.

The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 21 October 2026.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 21 October 2026.
