HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr U4014 Salem, Llandeilo, o'r gyffordd â'r U4015 Salem am bellter o 402 metr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r de-ddwyrain o fan sydd i'r gogledd-orllewin o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau fydd mynd ar hyd yr U4015 Salem, yr U4019 Salem a'r U4017 Salem i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i'r de-ddwyrain o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau. I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd-orllewin.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i beirianwyr Dŵr Cymru osod gwasanaeth prif gyflenwad dŵr newydd.

Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Llun 19 Hydref 2026 tan ddydd Gwener 13 Tachwedd 2026.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C2140 Trap i Ffair-fach, Llandeilo, o'r gyffordd â'r C2138 (Llandybïe i Gwynfe) am bellter o oddeutu 200 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig fydd mynd ar hyd yr C2138 (Llandybïe - Gwynfe), yr U4496 (Cennen Tower - Cefnfedw), yr U4500 (o Gwynfe), yr C2150 (Ffair-fach -Bethlehem) a'r C2148 (Trap - Ffair-fach).

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i beirianwyr Dŵr Cymru wneud gwaith i osod prif gyflenwad dŵr yn lle'r un presennol.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr U4002 o Gapel Isaac, Llandeilo o'r gyffordd â'r C2118 (Capel Isaac i Ben-y-banc) am oddeutu 1 filltir i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gorllewin.

Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gorllewin fydd mynd ar hyd yr C2118 (Capel Isaac i Ben-y-banc) a'r U4001 (Capel Isaac i Bantyblodau). I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r dwyrain.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i beirianwyr Dŵr Cymru wneud gwaith i osod prif gyflenwad dŵr newydd yn lle'r un presennol.

Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Llun 5 Hydref 2026 a pharhau tan ddydd Gwener 18 Rhagfyr 2026, sef cyfnod o 75 o ddiwrnodau.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C2270 Cynghordy i Borth-y-rhyd, Llanymddyfri, o'r gyffordd â'r C2164 o Gil-y-cwm am oddeutu ¾ milltir i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin. Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r de-orllewin fydd mynd ar hyd yr C2164 (o Gil-y-cwm), yr C2164 (Henllys – Cil-y-cwm), yr C2156 (Porth-y-rhyd i Lanymddyfri) a'r C2270 (Cynghordy i Borth-y-rhyd).

I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd-ddwyrain.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i BT Openreach wneud gwaith ar geblau.

Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Iau 22 Hydref 2026 tan ddydd Gwener 30 Hydref 2026, sef cyfnod o 7 diwrnod gwaith.

The County of Carmarthenshire (U4014 Salem, Llandeilo)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the U4014 Salem, Llandeilo, from its junction with the U4015 Salem, for a total distance of 402 metres in a south easterly direction. 

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure. 

The Alternative Route for south east bound traffic from a point north west of the closure will be to proceed along the U4015 Salem, U4019 Salem and the U4017 Salem to return to a point south east of the closure. Vice versa for north west bound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers install a new water mains service.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 19th October 2026 to Friday 13th November 2026.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2140 Trapp to Ffairfach, Llandeilo (SA19 6UD))
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2140 Trapp to Ffairfach, Llandeilo from its junction with the C2138 (Llandybie to Gwynfe) for approximately 200 metres in a North Westerly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for traffic will be via the C2138 (Llandybie to Gwynfe), the U4496 (Cennen Tower to Cefnfedw), the U4500 (from Gwynfe), the C2150 (Ffairfach to Bethlehem) and the C2148 (Trapp to Ffairfach).

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers carry out existing water mains replacement works.

It is intended that the works commence on Thursday 22nd October 2026 until Friday 13th November 2026, a period of 23 days

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (U4002 from Capel Isaac, Llandeilo (SA19 7UL))
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the U4002 from Capel Isaac, Llandeilo from its junction with the C2118 (Capel Isaac to Penybanc) for approximately 1 mile in a generally Westerly direction. 

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for Westbound traffic will be via the C2118 (Capel Isaac to Penybanc) and the U4001 (Capel Isaac to Pantyblodau). The same route will apply in reverse for Eastbound traffic.

The Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers carry out existing water mains replacement works. 

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 5th October 2026 and continue until Friday 18th December 2026, a period of 75 days.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire C2270 Cynghordy to Porthyrhyd, Llandovery (SA20 0SN)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2270 Cynghordy to Porthyrhyd, Llandovery from its junction with the C2164 from Cilycwm for approximately ¾ mile in a South Westerly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for South Westbound traffic will be via the C2164 (from Cilycwm), the C2164 (Henllys – Cilycwm), the C2156 (Porthyrhyd to Llandovery) and the C2270 (Cynghordy to Porthyrhyd).The same route will apply in reverse for North Eastbound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst BT Openreach carry out cabling works.

It is intended that the works commence Thursday 22nd October 2026 and continue until Friday 30th October 2026, a period of 7 working days. 

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
