LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
SECTION 35C & 46A NOTICE OF VARIATION AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1991. REVISED PERMIT, VOUCHER, PAY & DISPLAY / CASHLESS AND ADMINISTRATION CHARGES 2026.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, under section 35C & 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intend to vary the following: on-street parking permits, parking vouchers, tariffs; & off-street parking permit charges, tariffs, administration charges, and other charges as set out in this Notice.
2. The general effect of the changes will be to vary the cost of on-street permits and vouchers; on-street tariff charges; off-street permits; off-street tariff charges, as well as other charges as detailed within this Notice.

The discount for an electric vehicle is £19. Each additional vehicle at the same address will incur an additional charge of £65 multiplied by the number of additional vehicles at that address. Older diesel vehicles (manufactured in 2015 or before) will be subject to an additional charge of £55.
