What is happening?

Land Adjacent To Dell Cottage, 30 Wragby Road: Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 2023/0183/ FUL to amend plans.
2026/0569/LBC
192 High Street: Internal alterations including replacement of timber affected by dry rot, masonry works to the wall plate, replastering of walls and replacement plasterboard to ceilings. (Listed Building Consent)
2026/0578/FUL
173 High Street: External works to existing beer garden including excavation to reduce ground levels and the creation of a means of escape - (Retrospective).
2026/0586/LBC
5 Lindum Terrace: Removal of existing entrance gates and installation of black painted metal gates with timber infill panels (Listed Building Consent).
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
