RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD TRWY HYN bod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Trelales wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn mewn dim llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, fydd yn cau dros dro y llwybrau troed a nodir yn yr atodlen isod.
Y Gorchymyn yw i wneud gwaith diogelwch a gwella arwyneb y llwybr ac mae’n angenrheidiol er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 07/10/2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o chwe mis neu nes y bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau, p'un bynnag yw'r cynharaf.
Atodlen- Rhan o Lwybr Troed 2A Trelales sy'n dechrau wrth ei gyffordd â Chlos y Golomen ym Mhwynt A (Cyfeirnod Grid SS 8822 7959) ac yn mynd i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y de-ddwyrain am oddeutu 140 o fetrau hyd at ei gyffordd â Blandy Road ym Mhwynt B (Cyfeirnod Grid SS 8833 7954).
Y llwybr amgen yw trwy Glos y Golomen, Songthrush Road a Brandy Road ac i'r gwrthwyneb.
Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiad yn berthnasol dim ond ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd ar arwyddion traffig a osodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) (FOOTPATH 2A LALESTON) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Laleston in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order which will temporarily close the footpaths set out in the schedule below.
The Order is to carry out safety and improvement works to the path surface and is necessary in the interest of public safety.
The Order will come into force on 07/10/2026 and will continue in force for a maximum period of six months or until the works are completed whichever is the sooner.
Schedule- A section of Footpath 2A Laleston commencing at its junction with Clos V Golomen at Point A (Grid Ref. SS 8822 7959) and proceeding in a general southeasterly direction for approximately 140 metres to its junction with Blandy Road at Point B (Grid Ref. SS 8833 7954).
The alternative route is via Clos V Golomen, Songthrush Road and Brandy Road and vice versa.
The restriction shall however only apply at such time and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
