Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (North Hykeham/South Hykeham/Waddington – various public rights of way) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2026 which came into force on 5 May 2026, is now being extended and continuing in force until 28 February 2029 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.

The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the rights of way.
