(CHEPSTOW ROAD, W7) ORDER 202*
1. NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that Ealing Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, intends to make a temporary Order.
2. The effect of which would be to prohibit the: -
(a) waiting of vehicles;
(b) entering or preceding,
of vehicles on Chepstow Road, at such times and extent when prescribed traffic signs are being displayed.
3. The Order would come into effect at 0800 hours on Monday, 12 October 2026 and is to facilitate junction entry treatment works.
4. The maximum duration of the Order would be 12 months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated that the works would be completed by October 2026.
5. Exemptions would be provided for: -
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
