HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA ("y Cyngor") yn Bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:  

1.     Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 7fed Hydref 2026 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Disgwylir i'r gwaith gael ei gwblhau ar 7fed Hydref 2026, gan weithio rhwng 07:00 ac 18:00.  

2.     Mae'r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol er mwyn caniatáu gwneud gwaith ffilmio yn ddiogel yn y lleoliad.  

3.     Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd atal defnydd o’r mannau parcio dros dro ar Y Sgwâr, Magwyr, Sir Fynwy.
I.       Bydd y mannau parcio i bobl anabl ar Y Sgwâr, Magwyr, yn cael eu hatal, gan ddechrau o Siop Goffi Donnie’s hyd at y Swyddfa Bost.  

4.     Gellir enwi'r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Y Sgwâr, Magwyr, Sir Fynwy 2026.  

5.     Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE
SECTION 14 - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984  

MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(THE SQUARE, MAGOR, MONMOUTHSHIRE)
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2026  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984  

1.     The Order shall come into operation on the 7th October 2026 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed on the 7th October 2026 operating between 07:00-18:00.  

2.     The order is necessary for Filming works to take place in a safe manner at the location.  

3.     The effect of the order will be to temporarily suspend the parking bays on The Square, Magor, Monmouthshire.              
I.         Disabled Persons Parking Places to be suspended on The Square, Magor starting from Donnie’s Coffee Shop  to The Post Office for their entirety.  

4.     This order may be cited as the The Square, Magor, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2026  

5.     By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
