What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE UNNAMED ROAD FROM CHURCH LANE TO CULLAND LANE, BRAILSFORD

WHEN: 19 October to 21 October 2026 (between 08:00 and 17:00 each day)

WHERE: Unnamed Road from Church Lane to Culland Lane, Brailsford between entrance to Brailsford Church and Jct. with Pools Head Lane.

REASON: To facilitate fibre cabling works.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Church Lane, The Green, Main Road, Hall Lane, Pools Head Lane and vice versa.

Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.

The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
