CYNGOR BWRDEISTREF SIROL CASTELL-NEDD PORT TALBOT (BEVERLEY STREET, PORT TALBOT) (RESIDENTS PARKING) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is given that the Council on the 24th day of September 2026 made an Order in pursuance of its powers as contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is as set out in the Schedule below.
A copy of the Order and a plan may be inspected on the Council’s Internet Website https://www.npt.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders-tros.
The Order will come into force on the 12th October 2026 If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its powers on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under the Act have not been complied with, that person may within 6 weeks from the date upon which the Order was made apply for that purpose to the High Court.
SCHEDULE
Residents Permit Holders Parking Only
1.1 Beverley Street, Port Talbot (North West Side)
From a point approximately 48 metres south west of its junction with the southern kerbline of Tan-y-Groes Street for a distance of approximately 22 metres in a south westerly direction.
1.2 Beverley Street, Port Talbot (North West Side)
From a point approximately 92 metres south west of its junction with the southern kerbline of Tan-y-Groes Street for a distance of approximately 51 metres in a south westerly direction.
