(CONTROL OF PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2012

(AMENDMENT No.4) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The general effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions and residents parking places to improve road safety, reduce instances of inappropriate or inconsiderate parking and increase the available provision of resident parking places.

The general effect of the Order would be to introduce:

Resident parking places: Ashdown Drive, Boreham Holt and Drayton Road,

Waiting restrictions in: Lexington Close, Croxdale Road and Broughinge Road

Eligible addresses for Resident Parking Permit

Boreham Holt	Zone A	1 – 12, 12a, 14 – 87
Holt Close	Zone A	1 – 12, 14 – 27
Lexington Close	Zone E	1 – 22
Drayton Road	Zone B	2a, 2 – 48 (even only), 54 – 82 (even only); 1, 1a, 19 – 69 (odds only), 1 – 6 Maple Court
Croxdale Road	Zone E	1a,1b,1 – 3, 4 – 74 (even only)
Broughinge Road	Zone E	1 – 31, 32 – 60 (evens only)

Permit Charges

Residents Permits

First permit = £40, second = £75, third = £170, fourth = £210

(as conditions listed in article 12 of this order).

A maximum of 4 permits per property

Visitors Parking Vouchers

£20 per 20 half-day vouchers

Visitors Annual Permits

£75
