Changes To Permit Eligibility – Car Free Developments Batch 3 [T15(26)]
The Greenwich (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No. *) Order 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Greenwich proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to add the following properties to a list of ‘car free’ developments, ineligible for resident parking permits unless a resident or business user of that property is a disabled person’s badge holder:
a) No. 244A Green Lane, SE9 3TL;
b) No. 63 Rathmore Road, SE7 7QE;
c) Nos. 1 to 9 Joseph Chapman Mews, SE9 2DW (rear of Nos. 3 - 27 Blanmerle Road, SE9 2DU);
d) No. 67 Pelton Road, SE10 9AH;
e) No. 39A (Flats 1 and 2) Christchurch Way, SE10 9AJ;
f) No. 39B (Flats 1-3) Christchurch Way, SE10 9AJ;
g) No. 8A (Flats 1-3) Nevada Street, SE10 9JL.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders and other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Woolwich Centre Library, The Woolwich Centre, 35 Wellington Street, London SE18 6HQ.
4. Any person who wishes to object to the proposals or make other representations should send a statement in writing by 21st October 2026 to: Parking Design Team, 3rd Floor, The Woolwich Centre, 35 Wellington Street, London SE18 6HQ or traffic-orders@royalgreenwich.gov.uk,
