(PALACE GARDENS TERRACE) 2026
The Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea give notice that they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Schedule 1 Section 14 (1)(a) and all other enabling powers prohibiting motorised vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below.
Palace Gardens Terrace to be closed outside of number 4 for outside of Vicarage Gate House to outside 12 Vicarage Gate.
To be closed from 07.00hrs until 18.00hrs on Tuesday 13th October 2026, with a backup date of Tuesday 20th October 2026
Diverted through traffic may use Palace Gardens Terrace, Brunswick Gardens, Vicarage Gate in both directions.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to:
• anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform.
• anything done in connection with the execution of said works.
