What is happening?
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
FOSSE WAY, STRETTON ON DUNSMORE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Water pipe renewal works.
Order Commences: 28 September 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 October 2026.
Access & Diversion: Fosse Way, Oxford Road, Leamington Road, London Road, A45 and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
BROOKSIDE, STRETTON ON DUNSMORE
Order Effect: The service road closed to vehicular traffic from property number 12 to number 26, including the bridge to main carriageway.
Reason for Order: Structural bridge repairs and associated works.
Order Commences: 12 October 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 3 November 2026.
Access & Diversion: Brookside main carriageway and footways.

RUGBY WESTERN RELIEF ROAD, RUGBY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Bridge examination and de-veg works, closed 22.00hrs — 06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 11 October 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 October 2026.
Access & Diversion: Rugby Western Relief Road, Newbold Road, Leicester Road, Watling Street, A5, A45 Daventry Link Road, Weedon Road, London Road, Stefen Way, A361 Badby Road West, Leamington Way, Braunston Road, The Wharf, Daventry Road, Dunchurch Road, Dunchurch Road Old, Russelsheim Way, Bilton Road, Lawford Road and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
