The Licence, if granted, is to allow the following activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol on the premises/provision of regulated entertainment/provision of facilities for regulated entertainment/provision of late night refreshment.
Monday - Sunday, 09:00 hrs to 01:00 hrs
Hours Open to the Public: 09:00 hrs to 01:30 hrs
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing (official forms must be used and are available from the following address or the Rochdale Council website) to the Licensing Manager at The Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU. Representations may be made during 28 consecutive days form the date of this notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU.
The application can be viewed Monday to Friday, 9-11 am or 2-4 pm, except Bank Holidays.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary conviction, for make a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
