(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (5367)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Stapleford in the Broxtowe Borough: -
1. Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following length of road:
Bedford Court, Stapleford (both sides)
• From its junction with Braddon Avenue in a south-easterly direction for 10 metres.
Braddon Avenue, Stapleford (south-east side)
• From a point 10 metres north-east of its junction with Bedford Court in a south-westerly direction to a point 10 metres south-west of that junction.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 30th SEPTEMBER 2026
The restrictions have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate and obstructive parking which are currently preventing waste collection vehicles access for bin collection.
