THE OLDHAM - PASSAGEWAY BETWEEN WATERLOO STREET ANDBROMPTON STREET OLDHAMTEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING ORDER 2026
The Oldham Borough Council on 24 September 2026 made a Temporary Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to continue in force the restriction which prohibits vehicles from waiting at any time in that part of the passageway between Waterloo Street and Brompton Street, Oldham from its junction with Retford Street to its junction with Hardy Street.
The Order has been made due to the likelihood of danger to the public arising from obstructive parking which is restricting access for residents and emergency services and will be in force until 3 March 2028.
