THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) (ALMA ROAD/UPPER KNOLLYS TERRACE LANE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council have made the above order No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected:
Alma Road - no rht into Upper Knollys Terrace Lane Upper Knollys Terrace Lane - no rht onto Alma Road From: 12th October 2026 for a maximum of 18months
To: 30th October 2026
Times: 9:30 - 15:30
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable footway works
