Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments:

P2026/0522 Listed Building Consent: External works including removal of shed, repointing and repair of stonework, erection of bat and bird box, together with internal alterations including partial demolition of a wall to create a disabled-access WC, installation of kitchen and associated ventilation, removal of internal wall, repair of parquet flooring, wall plaster and ceilings and associated works in order to facilitate the change of use of the building to a community enterprise hub including an ancillary café

P2026/0394 Installation of external ventilation/extraction ductwork to the side and rear elevations, including a vertical extraction flue.
