(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th September 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in East Looe.
This prohibition is necessary for new water, electric and sewer connections and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th October 2026 to 23rd October 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Barbican Hill, East Looe between properties known as The Haven and Grantham Lodge and Urban Footway F7149 (also known as Belinda Lane) for its entire length.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th September 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 9 in the Parish of St Keyne & Trewidland between grid references SX 25067 59817 and SX 25077 59806.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public because the footpath is deemed defective and hazardous.
The Order will come into operation on 29th September 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 28th March 2027.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 7th September 2026 for a period of up to 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th September 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Millbrook.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th October 2026 to 16th October 2026.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only. Road affected - Southdown Road, Millbrook between the junctions with Millpool Road and Maker View Road.
There is no alternative route.
