1. On 9 September 2026, East Riding of Yorkshire Council made this Order which will be operative from 27 September 2026.
The effect of this order will:
• prohibit vehicles from proceeding at a speed exceeding 20 mph on Various Streets, Swanland as listed below.

2. A copy of the Order and relevant plan may be examined during normal office hours at Brough, Anlaby and Hessle Customer Service Centres.
3. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 24 September 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
