NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U80010 St Owen Street, Hereford, Herefordshire, Traffic Prohibition of Parking Order 2026 to temporarily suspend the parking and waiting on the U80010 St Owen Street, Hereford, between properties no. 104 and no. 74.
The said suspension is required due to nearby private works taking place that requires the prohibition of parking to enable traffic to safely pass the works and due to the likelihood of danger to the public while the said works are in progress.
The prohibition of parking Order is expected to come into operation on the 19th of October 2026. The order shall remain in force for a period not exceeding 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed within 5 weeks.
