The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

1. Installation of defibrillator and bleed kit cabinets to external wall of Nationwide Building Society branch at Nationwide, 2-4, Kirkgate, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92327.

2. Replacement of single glazed windows with double glazed windows to fit in existing frames and replacement front door at 2, Ravensdeane, Edgerton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92029.

3. Replacement windows and doors at Bankfoot House, 1-3, Bank Foot Lane, Armitage Bridge, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92526.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building

4. Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations to dwelling, refurbishment of outbuilding with installation of roof-mounted solar panels and heat pump at 4, Marsh Hall, Marsh Hall Lane, Thurstonland, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2026/92387 & 2026/92388.

5. Install domestic electric vehicle (EV) charger at 1, The Old Stables, Huddersfield Road, Meltham, Holmfirth. Application No. 2026/92431.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

6. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for Alterations comprising reconfiguration of internal layout, removal of internal walls, installation of new staircase, replacement front door and windows, and installation of rear bi-fold doors and rooflights with associated works at 2, Exchange, Honley, Holmfirth. Application Nos. 2026/92463 & 2026/92464.

The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building

7. Erection of farm building at Fletcher House Farm, Lumb Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92256. 

8. Variation of condition 2 (plans) on previous permission 2025/92440 for erection of four dwellings at Lumb Lane Nurseries, Lumb Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92459.

10. Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations to dwelling, refurbishment of outbuilding with installation of roof-mounted solar panels and heat pump at 4, Marsh Hall, Marsh Hall Lane, Thurstonland, Huddersfield (Footpath No. KIR/252/10). Application Nos. 2026/92387 & 2026/92388.

11. Erection of farm building at Fletcher House Farm, Lumb Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield (Footpath Nos. HUD/158/10, HUD/159/10, HUD/158/20). Application No. 2026/92256.

12. Variation of conditions 2 (plans) and 3 (materials) on previous permission 2025/91786 for erection of extensions and alterations at Brookside, 67, Hall Ing Lane, Honley, Holmfirth (Footpath No. HOL/19/60). Application No. 2026/92396.

The following planning application has been received which is a departure from the Development Plan and affects a Public Right of Way

13. Variation of condition 3 (time limit) on previous permission 2021/92487 for erection of two temporary single storey modular classroom buildings at Taylor Hill Centre, Close Hill Lane, Newsome, Huddersfield (Footpath No. HUD/199/10). Application No. 2026/92407.

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development
14. Variation condition 2 (plans on previous permission 2023/93540 for erection of single storey steel frame agricultural building at Woolrow Farm, 10 Roydhouse, Shelley, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/92349.
