Notice is hereby given that North East Lincolnshire Borough Council propose to make a Road Traffic Regulation Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to:-
1. Introduce "Prohibition of Waiting: No Waiting at Any Time" restrictions at the following location in Cleethorpes:
Osborne Street - both kerblines from the extended south eastern kerbline of High Street in a south easterly direction for a distance of 7.3 metres.
2. Introduce "Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time and Prohibition of Loading At Any Time following location in Cleethorpes:
Osborne Street - both kerblines from a point 7.3 metres south of the south eastern kerbline of High Street in a south easterly direction to the extended north eastern kerbline of Market Street.
3. Remove "Limited Waiting Monday to Sunday 8am - 7pm, One hour no return within 1 hour" restrictions at the following locations:
Osborne Street - south west kerbline from a point 5 metres north west of the extended north westerly kerbline of Market Street in a north westerly direction to a point 23 metres north west of the north west kerbline of Market Street.
Osborne Street - south west kerbline from a point 30 metres south east of the extended south east kerbline of High Street in a north westerly direction to a point 7 metres south east of the extended south east kerbline of High Street.
4. Amend "Disabled Persons Parking Only Monday to Sunday 10am - 5am", "Goods Vehicle Loading Only Monday to Sunday 5am - 10am" restrictions at the following location:
Market Street - north west kerbline from a point 5.9 metres south west of the extended south western kerbline of Osborne Street in a south westerly direction for a distance of 18.4 metres.
5. Amend "Goods Vehicle Loading Only" All Days, All Times restrictions at the following location:
Market Street - north west kerbline from a point 8.5 metres north east of the extended north eastern kerbline of Osborne Street for a distance of 18.3 metres.
6. Amend "No Stopping except Taxis Monday to Sunday 7pm - 8am" and "Limited Waiting Monday to Sunday 8am - 7pm, 30 minutes no return within 1 hour" restrictions at the following location:
Cross Street - north east kerbline from a point 7.8 metres south east of the extended south eastern kerbline of High Street in south easterly direction for a distance of 33 mentres.

All objections must be in writing, specify the grounds under which they are being made and include the reference 26-09 and be submitted by 15th October 2026.
