Frimley High Street (B3411) Frimley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 18 September 2026, Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians and cyclists from entering or proceeding in that length of the shared use footway and cycle lane as extends from the pedestrian crossing on Frimley High Street (B3411) south of the A325 roundabout to the pedestrian crossing on Frimley By-Pass (A325) west of the A325 roundabout.

Alternative route – the other footways around the A325 roundabout.

Cyclists to dismount first.

This Order is required to enabl e Fibrewave Installations Ltd to facilitate new duct installation and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 7 October 2026 for 3 days, between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services will be maintained at all times.

Guildford Road (B3029) Bagshot Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 18 September 2026, Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Guildford Road (B3029) Bagshot as extends from its junction with Gloucester Road (D535) to its junction with Wardle Close (D504).

Alternative route – B3029 (New Road), A322 (Bagshot By-Pass), A30 (London Road) and B3029 (Bridge Road), or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to enable Network Rail to facilitate a bridge inspection and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 8 October 2026 for 1 night, between the hours of 10.00pm and 6.00am. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Gordon Avenue (D3530) Camberley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Gordon Avenue (D3530) Camberley as extends from its junction with (X3050) Gordon Crescent to its junction with (D3533) Chillingham Way.

Alternative Route: Gordon Avenue, Belmont Road, Park Road, Park Street, and Gordon Avenue, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate new electrical connection works for, or on behalf of Connect It Utilities Services Ltd. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 8 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 October 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents and emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists. All other vehicular traffic will be required to follow the diversion route.

Westwood Road (C1) Windlesham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Westwood Road (C1) Windlesham as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “High Chimneys Cottage” to its junction with the access to the property known as “Woodlands House”; (b) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Westwood Road (C1) Windlesham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026” in its entirety. Alternative Route: Westwood Road, (A30) London Road, Snows Ride, Hatton Hill, (B386) Kennel Lane, and Westwood Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate-

(a) telecom pole cabling works for, or on behalf of BT Openreach.

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day, between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm, commencing on 21 October 2026.

Alternative Route: Westwood Road, (A30) London Road, Snows Ride, Hatton Hill, (B386) Kennel Lane, and Westwood Road, or this route in reverse.

(b) Mains water repair works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 2 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, commencing on 29 October 2026. Alternative Route: Westwood Road, (A30) London Road, (B386) School Road, (B386) Kennel Lane, and Westwood Road, or this route in reverse.

Sub paragraph (a)- Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via the banksmen on site, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.

Sub paragraph (b)- Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access and all vehicular traffic will be required to follow the signed diversion route.

No sole access is affected by this closure.

Portsmouth Road (A325) Camberley Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1. impose a 30mph speed limit on that length of Portsmouth Road (A325) Camberley as extends from the northern kerb line of its junction with Chatsworth Heights to the southern kerb line of the access for The Laurels; and 2. suspend “The Surrey County Council Portsmouth Road (A325) Camberley/Frimley (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2005” insofar as it relates to the length of Portsmouth Road specified in 1. above. This Order is required to enable the Council to facilitate traffic signal refurbishment and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 October 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and temporary speed limit will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. The speed limits imposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 or in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the highway by or on behalf of the Police. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.

Dunbar Road (D3555) Frimley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Dunbar Road (D3555) Frimley.

Alternative route – Worsley Road, B3411 (Frimley Green Road), Balmoral Drive and Sandringham Way, or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to enable South East Water to facilitate water works and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 October 2026 for 1 week between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services and residents will be maintained either side of but not through the works site. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

Various Roads in Surrey Heath Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of road as described in the schedule to this notice.

This Order is required to enable the Council to facilitate footway slurry works and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 October 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and temporary closures will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Schedule

1. Elm Grove (D512) Bisley as extends from its junction with Hawthorn Way (D512) to its junction with Pilgrims Way (D512). Alternative route – Hawthorn Way and Pilgrims Way, or this route in reverse.

2. Hawthorn Way (D512) Bisley as extends from its junction with Pilgrims Way (D512) south-westbound to the end of Hawthorn Way. Partial alternative route – Elm Grove and Pilgrims Way, or this route in reverse.

3. Beener Lane (D25) West End as extends from its junction with Bagshot Road (A319) to its junction with Fairfield Lane (X24). Alternative route – Streets Heath, Church Road, Windlesham Road and A319 (Bagshot Road), or this route in reverse.

4. Longlands Way (D3493) Camberley as extends from its junction with Inglewood Avenue (D3542) to its junction with Cumberland Avenue (D3493). Alternative route – Cumberland Road and Inglewood Avenue, or this route in reverse.

Frimley By-Pass (A325) Frimley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Frimley By-Pass (A325) Frimley as extends from a point 50 metres south of the western edge of the A331 (the Surrey-Hampshire boundary) to the roundabout forming its junction with Frimley High Street (B3411).

Alternative route – B3411 (Frimley High Street), Frimley High Street and Black Water Valley Road to Bradfords Roundabout, or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to enable the Council to facilitate vehicle restraint system renewal and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 23 October 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Heatherdale Road (D3532) Camberley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Heatherdale Road (D3532) Camberley as extends from its junction with Park Road (D3532) to its junction with Kingsclear Park (D3532).

Alternative route – Brackendale Road, Russet Gardens, Upper Verran Road, Kingsley Avenue, Link Way, Park Way and Park Road, or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to enable SGN to facilitate gas main replacement and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 October 2026 for 2 weeks between the hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.

D3433 Westfield Road, Camberley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D3433 Westfield Road, Camberley that extends from its junction with D3432 Rivermead Road, to the north-western property boundary of “No.13 Westfield Road”. This Traffic Order is required to enable Southern Gas Networks to carry out gas mains connections and/or maintenance works.

These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 4pm, within 10 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 October 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. Alternative route: – Westfield Road and Lea Road.
