Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2017 Briar Hill, Chaddesley Corbett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2017 Briar Hill from its junction with C2186 The Holloway to its junction with U13605 Woodrow Ln.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: C2017 The Village, A448 Bromsgrove Rd, A450 Worcester Rd, C2185 Woodrow Ln, U13605 Woodrow Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days between 28 September and 7 October 2026.

(C2191 Greenway, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2191 Greenway from its junction with C2189 Porchbrook Rd to its junction with Organs Hill (Private Road).

Reason: Pole replacements by Openreach.

Alternative route: C2191 Greenway (part), C2021 Heightington Rd, C2189 Boraston Rd, C2189 Quarry Rd, C2189 Porchbrook Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 25 September 2026.

(U10209 Bramley Way, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U10209 Bramley Way from its west junction with U10210 Coniston Way for a distance of 40 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Utility work by Grub Construction.

Alternative route: U10210 Coniston Way and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 21 October 2026.

(B4188 Hackmans Gate Lane/C2017 Drayton Road/B4188 Queens Hill, Clent) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of: 1) B4188 Hackmans Gate Ln from its junction with A450 Worcester Rd to its junction with C2017 Drayton Rd. 2) C2017 Drayton Rd from its junction with B4188 Hackmans Gate Ln to its junction with B4188 Queens Hill. 3) B4188 Queens Hill from its junction with C2017 Drayton Rd to its junction with B4188 Hartle Ln.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Alternative route: B4188 Hartle Ln, A491 Bromsgrove Rd, A491 Stourbridge Rd, A456 Kidderminster Rd, A456 Worcester Rd, A450 Worcester Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 20 October 2026 and 2 November 2026.

(U12145 Park Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U12145 Park Ln from its junction with U12135 Castle Rd to its junction with Round Hill Wharf (Private Road).

Reason: Replacement water main by STW.

Alternative route: Diversion Anticlockwise: U12135 Castle Rd, U12135 Woodfield Cres, U12136 Crescent Rd, A456 Bewdley Rd, A4535 Sutton Rd and A451 Stourport Rd. Diversion Clockwise: A451 Stourport Rd, A451 The Ringway Roundabout, A451 Stourport Rd (Westbound), A4535 Sutton Rd, A456 Bewdley Rd, U12136 Crescent Rd, U12135 Woodfield Cres and U12135 Castle Rd.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 19 October 2026.

(U11318 Wilden Top Road, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U11318 Wilden Top Rd from its junction with U40000 Hillary Rd to its junction with U11320 Wivelden Ave.

Reason: Utility work by Openreach.

Alternative route: U40000 Hillary Rd, C2172 Wilden Rd, U11319 Bigbury Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 22 October 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Bridleway KD-535, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 30 March 2026 the effect of which is to close that part of Bridleway KD-535, Kidderminster from its junction with U12579 access road to Comberton Road (grid ref: 384740, 275506), to its junction with Footpath SI-502, Stone (grid ref: 385310, 275650) which was due to expire on 30 September 2026 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 30 September 2029 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.

The Order has been made due to a housing development.

Alternative route: There is no suitable alternative route.

(Northumberland Avenue, Kidderminster) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2026

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping at any time on School Keep Clear Markings on the following length of road in Kidderminster:

Northumberland Avenue (north side): from a point 9 metres east of its junction with Neville Avenue for a distance of 62 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

[Prohibition of Waiting on B4196 Areley Common, Areley Kings]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Areley Kings:

B4196 Areley Common (west side): from a point 21.3 metres south of its junction with Martley Road for a distance of 17.5 metres in a southerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:

Cobden Street (East Side): From a point 105.9 metres from the junction with Woodfield Crescent for a distance of 6.6 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
