Order made: To close that part of U95406 Eastham from its junction with U95407 Highwood to its junction with C2087 Eastham.
Reason: Drainage and flood alleviation work by WCC.
Alternative route: U95406 Eastham (part), C2087 Eastham, C2091 Eastham, C2091 Hanley William, B4204 Broadheath, B4204 Eastham, U95406 Eastham (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days.
Commencing: 29 September 2026.
(Track from A4112 Oldwood Road to Malvern Hills Boundary, St Michaels) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Proposed Order: To close that part of Track from A4112 Oldwood Road to Malvern Hills Boundary from its junction with A4112 Oldwood Rd until the boundary with Herefordshire.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Alternative route: A4112 Oldwood Rd into Herefordshire and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 19 October 2026 and 30 October 2026.
(C2088 Bockleton Road, Oldwood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2088 Bockleton Rd from its junction with U95200 Weston Rd for a distance of 800 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent Gas.
Alternative route: C2088 Bockleton Rd (part), A4112 Oldwood Common, A4112 Oldwood Rd into Herefordshire, C1052 Bockleton, C2088 Bockleton and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 96 days (24 hrs). Commencing: 19 October 2026.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath KT-665, Knighton on Teme) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 25 March 2026 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpath KT-665, Knighton on Teme for its entire length which was due to expire on 25 September 2026 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 25 March 2028 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made due to dangerous surface collapse.
Alternative route: Knighton on Teme footpaths KT-660, KT-661, KT-662, A456 Worcester Road, U95412, Footpath KT-664 and vice versa.
