Wembley - Temporary Traffic & Waiting Restrictions Due To 10K Run Event

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 16(A) - (10k Run) - (Various Roads) - (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT, Hereby Give Notice that, to facilitate a sporting event, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to:-
(a) Prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the length of Albion Way, Atlantic Crescent, Bridge Road, Broadview, Engineers Way, Exhibition Way, First Way (from South Way to Engineers Way), First Way (from Engineers Way to Fulton Road), Forty Lane (from Barnhill to Mount Drive), Fryent Way (from Salmon Street to Wyndale Avenue), Fulton Road (from Harbutt Road to Fifth Way), Harbutt Road (from Humphrey Repton Lane to Exhibition Way), Humphrey Repton Lane (from Harbutt Road to Wellers Walk), North End Road (from Bridge Road to Albion Way), Olympic Way East, Olympic Way West, Pacific Crescent, Rutherford Way, South Way (from Wembley Hill to First Way), The Paddocks, Watkin Road, Weaver Walk, Wellers Way, Wembley Park Drive (from Bridge Road to Brook Avenue);
(b) Prohibit waiting by vehicles, including waiting for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle in any road or length of road referred to in (a) above;

When and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to above would apply on 11th October 2026, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions would not apply to vehicles required by organisers of the 10k Run for use in connection with the event.

Access to the other premises within the industrial estate would be permitted only insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the event and does not compromise the safety of competitors.

Traffic affected by the prohibition in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
