ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
BIRCH GROVE, BIRCHMOOR
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Telegraph pole renewal works.
Order Commences: 28 September 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 September 2026.
Access & Diversion: Birch Grove, Green Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Quantum TM, Tel: 01724 786286.
STATION ROAD, NETHER WHITACRE
Order Effect: Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from waiting on Station Road between its junctions with Birmingham Road and Hoggrills Lane.
Reason for Order: In connection to HS2 works.
Order Commences: 23 September 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 March 2028.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D588 THE COLESLEYS, COLESHILL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Coventry Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs - 15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 14 October 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 October 2026.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion available.
Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 01926 245650.
GARBOUR LANE, AUSTREY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable boundary box repair works.
Order Commences: 13 October 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 October 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.
Contractor: M & A Doocey, Tel: 03309 000365.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(PART OF BRIDLEWAY M463 in the PARISH of Wishaw)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026
The above Order, made on 15 September 2026 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will DIVERT that section of Public Bridleway M463 running from Point A (grid reference SP 1691 9566) to point C (grid reference SP 1720 9527) a total distance of approximately 709 metres TO a line running from Point A (grid reference SP 1691 9566) to Point F (grid reference SP 1690 9516) a total distance of approximately 532 metres as shown on the Order Plan (reference M463/MEB/Order Plan). The new route shall have a width of 4 metres.
A copy of the Order and the Order Plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of Warwickshire County Council, Shire Hall, Market Square, Warwick CV34 4SA from 8am - 5.30pm on weekdays, (5pm Fridays) and 9am - 4pm Saturdays. A copy of the Order and Order Plan may be bought there at the price of £5.77. Copies may also be inspected online at www.warwickshire.gov.uk/pathorders.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing (or email) to the Executive Director for Communities, P O Box 43, Shire Hall, Warwick CV34 4SX, OR (paths@warwickshire.gov.uk) not later than 6 November 2026.
Please state the grounds on which they are made. Representations or objections may become publicly available and therefore the names and addresses of those persons making representations or objections would also be made publicly available.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Warwickshire County Council may confirm the Order as unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
