Notice is hereby given that on 21/09/2026, under Section 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Angus Council made The Angus Council
(Ladybridge Street/Marketgate Car Park, Arbroath)
(Temporary Suspension of Parking Bays) Order 2026, for the purposes of building works. The Order suspends the use of nine parking bays by all vehicular traffic under Articles 21-23 of the Angus Council (Off-Street Car Parks)(Decriminalised Enforcement) Order 2017 within the Public Car Park. Additional car parks are available at the Hill Street/High Street, The Shore and Stanley Street car parks.
