Ar 23 Medi 2026, mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn atal unrhyw berson rhag defnyddio neu deithio ar hyd y llwybr troed o Heol Creigiau i Barc-y-Bryn a Pharc-y-Fro.
Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn ofynnol i hwyluso gwaith ar y llwybr troed neu gerllaw iddo, a disgwylir iddo fod ar waith o ddydd Sadwrn 26 Medi 2026 tan ddydd Gwener 9 Hydref 2026 neu nes i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau.
Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau sy’n cael eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn hwn ar waith am hyd at 6 mis.
Y llwybrau amgen yw trwy Heol Creigiau a Pharc-y-Bryn a thrwy Barc-y-Fro a Heol Creigiau.

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(FOOTPATH FROM HEOL CREIGIAU TO PARC-YR-BRYN AND PARC-YR-FRO, CARDIFF)
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
On the 23rd September 2026, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any person from using or proceeding along the footpath from Heol Creigiau to Parc-Y-Bryn and Parc-Y-Fro.
This Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near the footpath and is expected to be in operation from Saturday 26th September 2026 until Friday 9th October 2026 or until works are complete.
The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. This Order will remain in force for a maximum of 6 months.
The alternative routes are via Heol Creigiau and Parc-YBryn and via Parc-Y-Fro and Heol Creigiau.
This Order will be known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Footpath from Heol Creigiau to Parc-Y-Bryn and Parc-Y-Fro, Cardiff) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026”.
