PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26L/2022 - 43 Renshaw Street (1) Applicant Andy Joyce, Genting Casinos (UK) Limited. To carry out minor external alterations and replace existing projecting/hanging sign with a new illuminated hanging sign, together with installation of privacy vinyl graphics to existing shopfront glazing and entrance doors.
26A/2087 - 43 Renshaw Street (1) Applicant Andy Joyce, Genting Casinos (UK) Limited. To display 1 no. internally illuminated hanging sign and new vinyl graphics to entrance and windows to Renshaw Street elevation.

26H/2495 & 26L/2497 - 30 Falkner Square (8). Applicant Ms Jordana Curran. Alterations to the rear elevation, including replacement windows and new door, installation of a glazed deck with balustrades, and provision of a step free access ramp to the rear garden.

26F/1301 - Land to rear of 11 Greenbank Drive (17) Applicant Jasper Bartlett Strado Ltd. To erect a garden room to rear, accessed from 9 Greenbank Drive, with associated hard surfacing and plant; alterations.
26H/2546 - 148 East Prescot Road (14) Applicant Chris Jones (Forbes Jones Ltd) To replace 4 no. windows to front.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
