HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C2140 Trap, o’r gyffordd â’r C2138 Trap am bellter o 191 metr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain ac wedyn y de-orllewin.
Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r
gogledd-ddwyrain o fan sydd i’r de-orllewin o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau fydd mynd ar hyd yr C2140 Trap, yr U4350 Llandyfân, yr C2137 Llandyfân a’r C2138 Trap i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau. I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r de-ddwyrain.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i beirianwyr Dŵr Cymru osod gwasanaeth prif gyflenwad dŵr newydd.
Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Iau 1 Hydref 2026 tan ddydd Iau 22 Hydref 2026.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr U4015 Taliaris i Gapel Isaac, Salem, Llandeilo o fan sydd 740 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â’r U4012 (o Gapel Isaac) am bellter o oddeutu 310 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain.
Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain fydd ar hyd yr U4012 (o Gapel Isaac), yr C2154 (o Gapel Isaac), yr U4016 (o Gapel Isaac) a’r U4015 (Taliaris i Gapel Isaac).
I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r dwyrain.
Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym wrth i beirianwyr Dŵr Cymru wneud gwaith i osod prif gyflenwad dŵr newydd.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2140 Trapp) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2140 Trapp, from its junction with the C2138 Trapp for a total distance of 191 metres in a south easterly then south westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for north east bound traffic from a point south west of the closure will be to proceed along the C2140 Trapp, U4350 Llandyfan, C2137 Llandyfan and the C2138 Trapp to return to a point north west of the closure. Vice versa for south east bound traffic.
The Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers install a new water mains service.
It is intended that the works commence on Thursday 1st October 2026 to Thursday 22nd October 2026.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Llanfair Hill, Llandovery) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Llanfair Hill, Llandovery, from its junction with the A483 Llanfair Road for a total distance of 223 metres in a south westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south west bound traffic from a point north east of the closure will be to proceed along the A483 Llanfair Road and Llanfair Hill to return to a point south west of the closure. Vice versa for north east bound traffic.
The Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers install a new water mains service.
It is intended that the works commence on Friday 18th September 2026 to Thursday 29th October 2026.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire U4015 Taliaris to Capel Isaac, Salem, Llandeilo (SA19 7TT) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the U4015 Taliaris to Capel Isaac, Salem, Llandeilo from a point 740 metres Northeast of its junction with the U4012 (from Capel Isaac) for approximately 310 metres in a North Easterly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for North Eastbound traffic will be via the U4012 (from Capel Isaac), the C2154 (from Capel Isaac), the U4016 (from Capel Isaac) and the U4015 (Taliaris to Capel Isaac).
The same route will apply in reverse for Eastbound traffic.
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers carry out water mains replacement works.
It is intended that the works commence Monday 12th October 2026 and continue until Friday 18th December 2026, a period of 68 days.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
