(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
On the 22 September 2026 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties and land adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on Cole Road, Bishopbriggs, between its junctions with the B819 Crosshill Road at the roundabout and the A803 Kirkintilloch Road at Torrance Roundabout, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 00.01 hours on Friday 2 October 2026 until 23.59 hours on Tuesday 12 January 2027.
Alternative Routes
The alternative routes will be by way of the A803 Kirkintilloch Road and the B819 Crosshill Road, Bishopbriggs, and these routes will be sign posted.

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
On the 22 September 2026 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties and land adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on Benvue Road, Lennoxtown, from its junction with the A891 Main Street, Lennoxtown, over its entire length to its termination at the existing turning head facilities, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Sunday 4 October 2026 until 23.59 hours on Sunday 11 October 2026.
