Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) - Temporary Cycle Lane Closure High Road N12
THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL Hereby Give Notice that owing for the need to facilitate draining works to reduce ponding, they intend to make an Order which will close the north-west bound cycle lane on High Road N12 between its junction with Rosemont Avenue and between a point opposite the common property boundaries of Nos. 636 and 638 High Road N12, while the works take place.
The works will commence on Monday 5th October 2026 and are expected to continue for 2 days.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
