Proposed development at: Copse Farm, Brickhouse Hill, Eversley Hampshire RG27 0PY by:  Collard Group Ltd

Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:  Small scale open windrow composting facility    

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2026/0644 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.  

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online via the link above by clicking on “comment on this application” or by post to Development Management, Universal S
ices, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 22 October 2026.   Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. You should not include any confidential or sensitive information in your comments. This could include details of your health, information about people living at your address, or anything else you do not want to be published online. 

Anonymous or confidential representations will not be accepted. The details provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation.
As part of the statutory process your name, address and comments will be on deposit with other application documents, will be available for public inspection and will also be published on our website.
