Senhouse Street - Temporary No Waiting and Loading Restrictions due to Utility Works

CUMBERLAND COUNCIL (U2823) SENHOUSE STREET, MARYPORT) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME AND NO LOADING/UNLOADING AT ANY TIME TRAFFIC RESTRICTION) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable utility works to be carried out (“the Works”), Cumberland Council intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from waiting at any time, on any day and/or from loading and unloading, at any time, on any day (including blue badge holders) along that section of the U2823 Senhouse Street, Maryport, (south west side) from its junction with the A596 Curzon Street, extending in a north westerly direction for approx. 30 m.

The Order will come into operation on 14 October 2026 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restriction will only be required for 1 week and only as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
