Barnet - Temporary Traffic Restrictions Due To Gas Mains Works

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) - Temporary Waiting And Loading Restrictions And Banned Left Turn Grange Hill HA8

THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL Hereby Give Notice that owing for the need to facilitate gas mains replacement works, they intend to make an Order which will:
(a) temporarily introduce ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions on both sides of Grange Hill HA8, between its junction with Deans Lane and between its junction with Cloister Gardens while the works take place;
(b) temporarily restrict vehicles from turning left onto Grange Hill HA8 from Orchard Crescent, while the works take place;
(c) temporarily restrict vehicles from turning left onto Grange Hill HA8 from Deans Lane, while the works take place.

The works will commence on Monday 5th October 2026 and is expected to last for 21 days.

The alternative route for motorists will be via: Deans Lane and Cloister Gardens.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Traffic Warden in uniform.
